At Club24seven, every viewing is a private appointment. We reserve a dedicated space at Ampla House, Coupure Rechts 88, Ghent, exclusively for your visit. To keep this possible for every client, the following terms apply.
Booking
Your appointment is confirmed once you have agreed to this policy in writing, for example by replying "Agreed" via WhatsApp.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellation or no show
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or do not attend, a fixed fee of €50 applies. This amount reflects the cost of the private space reserved for you. You will receive a payment request, payable within 14 days. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without notice, the appointment is considered a no show.
Cancellation by Club24seven
If we cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose between a €100 credit towards any purchase at Club24seven or a €50 compensation. We will of course gladly arrange a new appointment.
Force majeure
No fee or compensation applies to either party in case of force majeure, such as sudden illness or an accident, provided the other party is informed as soon as possible.
