Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs or import charges.

Section 5 — Shipping and delivery

Once the package is signed for or confirmed as delivered by DHL Express, title and risk of loss pass to you. Until delivery is confirmed, Club24seven retains responsibility for loss caused by the shipping carrier.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL Express, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, and design, are owned by Club24seven or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Club24seven is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Club24seven. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Club24seven. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with Club24seven.
