Shipping costs
Shipping and insurance are included in the purchase price. There are no hidden fees on our end. Any import duties or taxes applicable in your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping method
All Club24seven timepieces are shipped exclusively via DHL Express, fully insured and tracked from dispatch to delivery. Every order includes a tracking number, provided as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 1 to 10 business days depending on your location. DHL Express typically reaches most European destinations within 1 to 3 business days.
Ownership and liability
Once the package is signed for or confirmed as delivered by DHL Express, Club24seven is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Until that moment, ownership of the watch remains with Club24seven and any loss caused by DHL Express will be resolved by us at no cost to you.
Customs and import fees
Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges levied by your country are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You may request a partial refund of the product price, minus the actual shipping costs incurred
- Or, you may choose to have the order reshipped once the correct address has been confirmed, at your cost
This applies even if the original shipping was included in the purchase price.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not open it. Photograph the condition of the packaging immediately and contact us at info@club24seven.be. We will coordinate with DHL Express and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
